Veronica Crawford established Canine Resort because she did not want other dog parents to face the same issues she had to face.  When she adopted her dog Benny (a two-year old, energetic puggle with major separation anxiety), whenever she would leave the house he appeared to be under extreme stress and would destroy anything he could find.  She purchased interactive toys and kept the television on as research suggested, but still worried about him.  She sought to find a dog daycare that would give her a peace of mind while providing a place for Benny to exercise and socialize with other dogs.  To her surprise, there were no dog daycare facilities in her area and she had to travel in rush hour traffic to find an acceptable facility.  Therefore, Canine Resort was established so dog parents could receive quality dog amenities at affordable prices in an underserved area.  

Canine Resort is an in-home, intimate dog sitting business that offers boarding.  The boarding area has air and heat and includes three kennels (2-4' x 6' and 1-6' x 6') with an elevated bed, water bowl, television, and overnight supervision.

Daycare services are provided for exercise and socialization purposes.  Dogs can enjoy indoor and outdoor play in a fenced area with play equipment and toys. Daycare is available for small/medium dogs on Mondays 6:30am-2:30pm and large dogs on Wednesdays 7:15am3:15pm.
